Where are you from?
“Born in London, Chinese origins, raised in Australia.”
What do you do for fun in your city?
“I always go to markets with my friends, or row with my school team at Leichhardt. We get up at 4am three times a week. It sounds bad, but the feeling of being on the water and watching the sunrise is amazing. There’s nothing like it.”
Likes & dislikes?
“I’m obsessed with Redskins and Papaw Ointment. I adore live bands, bookstores, Italian food, The Great Gatsby, imagination, writing, archaeology and culture. I dislike anything pretentious and people sitting on my bed without showering. I know that makes me sound a bit OCD, but I absolutely can’t stand it.”
Who do you consider your ‘heroes’?
“Definitely my friends and family. We’ve been through a lot together, and whenever I feel like everything’s over, they’re the ones who are there. The world can be pretty fake sometimes, and they’re the people who keep me real and remind me what matters and what doesn’t.”
