Could the hyper-articulate Jenna also be Tatiana_anymodel at Jezebel? I see 2 possible overlaps plus a lot of red herrings?

Damn, you guys are good! Yes, I was briefly with 1, though I never actually worked under 1's aegis, or signed with them (although oral contracts of course have standing). I don't think I was ever on their site, either. I officially switched to Next when I actually came to NY. Nice catch.

My mother agency is Mother Model Management.

http://mothermodelmanagement.com/Site/Home.html

I met Jeff and Mary Clarke my senior year of college, at a mall in Coralville, Iowa. Fun times!

When I have time, I will definitely read Jezebel — I found it via FabSugar, a really boring fashion blog that had been linking Jezebel a lot, and then when I realised Jezebel site was actually a better blog I relocated some browsing their way. But I'm actually not their Anonymous Model person. Wish I'd thought up that gig! I've made it my goal to find out who Tatiana or whatever is, and buy her a drink, because from what I've seen of her columns she seems cool. I thought maybe she might be Shea Prueger, since she attended college before modeling, but that's just a total unsubstantiated guess.

I would love to move to NY. I really enjoyed being there this season. Fingers crossed I'll find a way to make it happen sometime in the next six months or so.

You are actually still on One's Modelwire, that's why I was confused! Guess they haven't updated it.

So Jenna, have you ever done any modelling in NZ or Aus? Are you a Kiwi or American? Or both?

I have joint US/NZ citizenship. And I did model back in NZ, as a kid, and then as a very very part-time job in high school. Still managed to be in a few things, mostly for Asian brands that would shoot in our lovely scenery. Korean, HK, or Taiwanese friends at school would occasionally find pictures of me in their imported magazines, and be all like, "Jenna! You're posing with my country's hottest hearthrob popsinger! OMG!" and I would be totally oblivious, of course.

I never modeled internationally in high school, because my parents were focused on my graduating and going to college — and honestly, that was what I really wanted, too. Education is always the right choice, and unfortunately it's one that gets short shrift in this industry.

^Glad the invitation worked out! As you can see, we're very resourceful in finding out about new models, which is either cool or kind of creepy.

Good for you! Do you think it is possible to juggle both?
