^ yeah. . . that outfit makes it seem like she woke up at someone's house and had to borrow their strange clothes.

but seriously, i think we get ultra mad when kate wears something silly because 99% of the time she sets the bar so high by looking smashing.

No offence but why should we judge every single outfit on a celebrity.. its not like we always look amazing walking out the door..
