I want to say that they changed the interior before they put it on the market, so that's probably not Kate's stuff. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't want potential buyers all over her stuff and risk it potentially getting stolen/ruined. It's pretty common (changing the furniture, interior, etc. to show/sell the house).

This is the site that is selling the property for real. that other site was not the original site - it was a repost of a listing. The real listing doesn't appear to have interior shots. but the exterior sure does look like kate's place! take a look...(4th listing on the page).

I think we all know that if it was really Kate's decore there would be more leopard print and taxidermied animals. It probably was redecorated for show.

There's an i-D (I think) editorial with a couple of pics in her house. Someone must know what I'm talking about.
You can compare them, if you want.  I remember one of Kate in her kitchen, but I can't recall what the kitchen looked like! |

That's not her furniture! Most people hire a staging company to decorate when they sell. And aren't those clothes in the closet men's? Definetly not Kate's things...but i don't see why the house wouldn't really be hers, it looks just like that photoshoot that was in her house.
