Ms Evangelista's surname is pronounced as 'evan-GE-lista' (G like GO), the stress on the second syllable from the end, in Russia but I find it very pretty. And Shana, you are quiet right, Ms Evangelista has very beautiful divine surname.

By the way rockish, I speak German not bad and I like this language a lot.

Emilia, once again, you never cease to amaze me with your photo finds! I love the shots with two fellow legendary supermodels, Naomi and Iman. I would have loved to have been in that audience. Not too sure about those boat pics...was that really Linda? Not very flattering. I thought she and Paolo were over in 2004 (sorry Angelina...yikes!).

Angelina: Love those pics with the blonde hair. They are a fun reminder of the 'Freedom' video days.

Has anyone caught the recent editorial March 2006 US Vogue with Daria Werbowy, by Mario Testino. Title page reads, 'IN ARGENTINA, DARIA WERBOWY EVOKES THE GROWN-UP GLAMOUR AND SOPHISTICATION OF AVA GARDNER AND LINDA EVANGELISTA -- WITH SLINKY BUT DEMURE DRESSES AND THE SLIMMEST PANTSUITS'. It's really an excellent editorial that stands out from the other editorials. These Kenar photos reminded me of that editorial. Very full of life...
