I really love her...

(Pics from supermodels are lonelier than you think)

..has anyone more Pictures????

Michaela Bercu was one of the pre-supermodels stars. She was the most photographed model of 1988, year of the "healthy" look. Cindy Crawford's ride benefited a lot from this typically American wave (Michaela seldom shot in Europe, and did runways only in NYC fashion week). A year later, the "supermodel" was born, and Michaela was history.

Ooh, thank you for starting this thread.
I remember Michaela well. I became very interested in the fashion scene right around the same time that she was at the peak of her success (circa 1989).

I used to own those two issues of Cosmo that have Michaela on the cover.
