That's what I was like! It's ridiculous! There is no way a 20 year old can grow TWO WHOLE INCHES in a month, or ever for that matter.

The thing that puzzles me is why they bothered. She's so popular now that clients would book her whether she was 5'8.5 or 5'10.5 ... it doesn't make sense, and it's obviously a lie ...

Can someone explain this for me?

Ta, Elle

wow, i guess i wasn't the only one who thought they were pushing it with 5'10.5"! i mean, they even have a half inch kind of height...that's so weird. wouldn't the client be surprised..there is a big difference bewteen 5'7.5" and 5'10.5"...

but i always think of gia carrangi's case. she was laways listed as 5'11" to get more work, when in reality she was a shade shy of 5'7"...

Is Sasha really only 5'7.5"? How do you know this?

Elle

PS. On the show package pic they have changed her measurements too! 32-25-35 instead of 32.5-23.5-33 as she's listed as on the site.

Why do they make her bigger? 'Cause she deff hasn't put on weight ... if anything she looks to have lost it ...

Anyone got any thoughts?

I think that she'll get hired no matter what, but changing her height and measurements might look better to some clients. I don't understand it, really. Then again it could just be bad measuring tape.

"I WAS born in the Eighties and his music's from the Eighties and I love it," said model Sasha Pivovarova as she danced, alongside Alber Elbaz and Jarvis Cocker, to Bryan Ferry's live performance at the Chloe party in Paris this week.

someone here was at the prada casting with her, she looked under 5'8' to them. besides, you can tell she's under 5'8" when she's next to other models whose heights we definitely know...

and i never trust the measurements on the websites, it's kind of a given now, they are all different and obviously fudged. sometimes all the girls are listed as having the same body measurements..that's just silly.

...and i suppose the reason they listed her as so tall is becasue it's a lie they can't get out of...they listed her as 5'10" when she was just starting out to get her more work, and now...why change it
