I also just read about it http://twitter.com/nextmodelsnyc/. Its very unexpected move. I dont think its reasonable. Considering she took a break she still got campaigns as well as editorials.
Her showseason was not the best but i dont think it has anything to do with the agency. I would say she was not so visible this season for the very same reason why Myf Sheperd (Next) didnt do well this season. The only possible explanation that comes to my mind she was promissed to make more money.
Hopefully she doesnt end up doing nothing as Agente after her switch from Ford to Next.

So she's switching with Meghan from Supreme, or from both Women&Supreme? I just checked Next, and they have some of the best models on their lists, so what's the problem...? I think a new agent might improve things for Suvi, as Supreme seems to sell her as a edgy girl, for which there isn't market so much these days. Next could promote her more as a commercial and even sexy model, to attract a wider clientele again.

I don't know anything about this stuff, though. Do these switchings usually mean something bad?

They don't usually mean things that are bad, however, there have been enough switches that show models having deteriorating work afterwards that is enough cause to raise alarm. At least, that is how I see it. I don't know how well Suvi will fare with the switch..we will see.

I was a bit shocked to read she has switched the agency. Supermodels.nl says she`s still with Women, though.I guess it is just for NY..She kinda needs new kind of promoting IMO, there is so much more in Suvi than just edgy, weird girl.
