you just reminded me south park is canadian..

just to launch this thread away from cantire.. why are canadians being shafted from fashion. the models are getting recognized so -why- hasn't the shopping improved?

I can understand why they'd stay away from bloor st now that walmart is planning to move in. I blame it all on holts trying to get all the labels exclusively and then stocking only 4-5 non-key pieces.

dude does your uncle really work there?

you should ask him to hook u up...become the best dressed kid at school decked out in Dior Homme. What other brands do they carry, btw? Is it a big store like Holts, or is it more underground/small boutique-ish like TNT Man?

even better. I wouldn't know as I don't watch.

do you think the lack of market is the people's fault or the way we protect our economy? I do see a market, even if its support is marginal (albeit sufficient, really). not talking canada as a whole, mainly montreal/TO/van.. they're just forcing consumers to look to our neighbours for fashion. maybe it also explains our high vacationing stats

I just heard that there is an H&M Opening in Montreal in January. Yay!

Wasn't born in Montreal but have been living here quite a while.

My husbands friend moved to Winnipeg a while back and we made the mistake of visiting him during the winter. Holy crap was it cold!

I almost died because it was so cold.
