That's exactly what I thought! Thanks

Thanks!

I have a Fendi Vanity Bag in that size and that thing costs me USD1595 + tax. I don't recall seeing this particular design on the Vanity Bag and it doesn't make sense that this person would let it go at such a low price. Even I wouldn't let mine go at that low no matter how desperate I am.

That said, I do think it's possible to have many designer items for sale that are authentic. I know I collect designer handbags but I never use them. I have close to 31 of them that I'm going to be selling and they are all real. I even have an ebay store to go with it because it's less costly to list that way. Nontheless, I will NEVER sell my stuff at way less than what I buy them for. I do notice that some of the items they have on sale are rather recent items, so it doesn't make sense for them to be selling at that low of a price. My feeling on this one is somewhat mixed. If there's some way that he can prove the authenticity of his items (an authentic receipt) and some kind of guarantee of money back, I'd feel a bit more at ease. HOWEVER, even that can be iffy since ppl do make fake receipt these days ... Another thing, I notice they are selling shoes of varying sizes in the same style and brand ... That seems a little odd to me ... So as I said, my feelings are mixed. If I were you, I wouldn't buy that purse ... the pricing just doesn't make sense even though it is possible for people to have a lot of authentic bags for sale at once. Sorry, long-winded.

You are all right--the Fendi is too good to be true. What is your eBay store? I'm addicted to collecting, myself.

With regards to that Fendi, I just want to add that Power Seller may be more reliable in that they generate a lot of volumes and have more feedbacks. However, that also depends on what merchandise they have been selling. For all we know, the person could've been getting their feedbacks from unrelated items (and we won't be able to check because it might've been from long ago). To be a PowerSeller you need to have at least 100 feedbacks and 98% rating, with a sale of $1000 or higher for 3 consecutive months. So, someone can be building up feedbacks over miscellaneous items and get good ratings for them, and then they wait 90 days for the links to disappear. After that they proceed to make sales of higher-cost items for a few months and voila! They qualify! I've seen many Power Sellers selling fakes (especially of Balenciaga) but I also know of a lot who are honest. I think the most important thing is research what you know about the items you're purchasing, communicate with the seller to get a feel of how he/she is, and pay attention to the payment terms. If your gut feeling is telling you not to go for it, then don't. The hunch is almost always right.

Kou
p.s. I sent u a PM about the other inquiry.

Could someone be a dear and tell me what they think about eBay item # 6810161814? It's a Marc Jacobs Blake bag. It looks okay to me (seller sells a wide variety of luxury goods, lots of pictures of actual purse, 100% feedback, etc), but I'm not an MJ expert, so I can't be sure. Thanks!!!

lilac twiggy

would someone mind having a look at this on ebay? item 6811551390. It looks quite good, but the serial number looks exactly the same (except I can't read the last digit in the pic) as my blue twiggy. does that sound right?

it's been up for sale before and didn't sell - reserve not reached at over $1000

thanks v much

Definitely looks real. The fakes don't have the topstitching on the handle where it meets the loop hardware. Everything looks in place!

^it's hard to tell in the pics in this auction, but after looking at the sellers other paddy auctions with more up-close pics.... it is obvious that this seller is selling alot of fake purses.... paddys and spy bags.

be very careful.
