^ yah her shoes are hot.

booradley i would recommend ordering from a dept store over bal NY because of their strict return policy. as for the colors you're looking for...grey hasn't been produced for 2 seasons now but you might be able to find one. black is probably going to be your best bet...and pine green was made in FW07, try calling around. good luck!

miz bags behavin' is a tFS member...
the store susan (in san francisco and burlingame) had balenciaga bags at 40% off, but i don't think they have any left...
you could try calling them though...
(415) 922.3685 is the san francisco store
(650) 347-0452 is the burlingame store

fashionispoison...great collection!!
ciao...you're really rockin' that weekender!

cb it does not look like rouge vif. easy answer, look at letter on the inside metal tag. rv is a 2006 color on the white bal ticket. vermilion is a 2007 color and has a different letter on the metal ticket.

next question kids, a really good friend of mine is jones-ing for a grape/purple part time with GSH (not for me) or even RH/ she only wants a part time shape. it is like the city/medium but more rectangular. is you have seen one in the stores, or have one being unused in your clost, PM me.

Thankyou Ciao_Bella that how to link was very helpful!! Also Fashionispoison thanks for the color info and info about the strict return policy at balNY. By strict I assume you just basically aren't allowed to return it unless theres something crazy wrong with it upon arrival?

I think I know what I'm doing now after reading through the how to link and looking on the purse forum bal thread but... this may be stupid but does the Bal Work have a shoulder strap? I think the Bal city is going to be too small for me So I'm thinking of going with a Black Work with GGH but I dont want that unless it has a shoulder strap like the city.

Thanks again guys you've been very helpful!

cb - LOVE your WE!! it looks fabulous on you!!! as far as color, i am pretty sure it is vermillion. it does not look like rouge vif, which is more 'true' red. vermillion has orange undertones....

booradley - the work does not have a shoulder strap. maybe you want to try the part-time, which is a little bigger than the city (and still has a shoulder strap). but, the work or weekender handles are bigger than the city, so you might be able to wear the bag on your shoulder still.
you can return at balny, but only within a short time frame (7 days, 14 days??? - I cannot remember), but returns are for store credit only!

ciao i have the weekender in the rouge vif 06 i can give u the code on the tag for reference

booradley balNY will allow you to return within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. the city is a good everyday bag IMO but i personally have been using my black work on a daily basis lately. it's regular hardware though so it's a lot lighter than the GH. let us know what you decide!
