Can anyone ID this bag?

I've fallen in love with a bag. Although that's not uncommon, I cannot for the life of me find it anywhere.

The first thing that comes to mind is the Paddington Saddle...but it doesnt have the chains and that bag is missing the 5-Pound lock. It could be Givenchy since McDonald likes that length and the chains...

It's a gorgeous bag though.
