sorry it's confusing-- the reason is that not every style was produced, and celine's not terribly organized...

colors:
1. blush= powder
2. cream=off-white
3. luggage=brown
4. black

sizes:
1. suitcase= dropped style largest size- not doing this in any leather / color, though we're trying for a special order
2. east-west bag=what's called "large" in celine book: cream+luggage calf
3. teenie one= "small" in book: powder+black lambskin
4. the remaining one= "medium" in book (no side pocket): powder+black lambskin, as well as cream+luggage calf.

maybe for clarity, we call everything by celine's official names in quotes above, and refer to #1 as suitcase since celine doesn't have a name for it.

Thanks for the clarification positano! I'm curious about how the special order will go.

i'm keeping my fingers crossed for the special order as well....but in the event it doesn't work out, i will have to decide whether i want the large in cream calf or the small white b. fendi....which is going to be so difficult because chances are i will have only seen one out of the 2. does anyone know the return policy of celine?

I was given store credit by Celine on Ave. Montaigne in Paris

i got the info from celine NY+ BH. it is in their lookbook which lists the clandy in calfskin as 3TE (style#?) and the lambskin as 3TES

the other thing i noticed is...the cream swatch had better be way off because it is a pretty yellow white...it looks almost like the shade of the attached bag which looks very different from the runway pics.

I really like that dress jessia Stam is wearing, and 1200 actually sounds like a good price. I dont think it would look as good on me as it does on her though

why would they make what would probably be the most popular style (given that they're not making the suitcase at all) ONLY in cream and luggage? How crazy! I'm sure tons of people would want the powder (I know I would). Oh well... So the question is east/west in cream or "medium" in powder?

I'd get the medium in powder, I think the long looks a bit plain w/o the front pocket, and the powder color is so pretty

yup, I knew. But looking at it again, I'm thinking "just too small."

ilove positano - Do you have the measurement for the medium? I would like to compare the size with the stam. If it's the same size with the stam then it is big enough for me though.
