i, however, just bought the most adorable 'inspired' balenciaga. it's a rust color, all soft and distressed leather, and from ebay. When i was in CA, I saw the same 'inspired' bags for $200-- but I bought this one on eBay for less than $40 (the picture posted was really horrible). And I love it!

The only significant difference between my bag and an authentic balenciaga is that there is no silver plate on the inside (that no one will ever see anyway...). I think it's just stupid to spend $1K on a purse JUST FOR THE LABEL. My bag looks exactly like an authentic balenciaga-- no one will ever know. I'm proud of myself for spending $40 for a design and saving $900+ because I'm not all about the label.

most true Balenciaga fans dont buy Balenciagas "just for the label". I'm a huge Balenciaga fan-i have two, and i could care less about the label. i bought them because of the design, which is modern and edgy, and for the incredible leather which cannot be duplicated. authentic Balenciagas have the most incredible soft, squishy, beautiful leather-it feels like butter in your hands. i also like them because no one does color like Balenciaga-they pick the most amazing shades. My indigo looks navy indoors, but hit with the right light, its blue-indigo. i've yet to see a faker be able to even come close to either the leather or the color richness. i dont mind spending money for a quality product-i'm buying the product, not the name.

note-not "all" black balenciagas have brass hardware. the hardware shade isnt color-specific except on the new metallics-they all have silver hardware this year, they arent painted the same color as the bags, like last year. as for the non-metallics, balenciaga is using brass hardware for every color, and has been since sometime in 2004, but bags from 2003 have silver hardware, including black ones, so seeing a black balenciaga with silver hardware does not mean its a fake.

I found these on the internet, something like ebay but swedish. the salesman says they are real.. but I don't know... the price is $215 for each bag.. not that much... they are fake right?

hi,could anybody help me?i bought chloe on ebay,chloe python silverado and i got it today.this bag doesn't have "chloe" written on the front clasp as my previous chloe silverado (not python) has.The seller claims,that python version doesn't have "chloe" on the front side!!!Should i return the bag?????is it fake or not.I paid 900$ for that!
