Those clamoring for more of Target's high-end partnerships can put another burgeoning label on their Target wish lists. The mass-retailer has tapped accessories company Gryson to collaborate on its highly successful series, joining the ranks of Devi Kroell, Hollywould, Dominique Cohen, Rafť, and, most recently, Loeffler Randall. The collection of accessories, which will launch in 2008, will be previewed to long-lead press on December 12 at Target's Manhattan studios.
Wow, this is great news. I had a Gryson Skye in Smoke and I love Joy Gryson's designs. I wonder how they'll fit it w/in a Target budget though? Though I would love them to, I'm guessing they won't be doing any designs that resemble the Skye bag's distinctive shape- Gryson has already done a version of that bag in nylon and it still cost like $500 for goodness sakes.
