I want to purchase my first "proper" designer handbag. My amazing fiancé helped me narrow my choices from 9 to 4 and now I need a bit of help from people who knows the models/brands well
What I was looking for:
big: I need my bag to be able to hold my things from my 10" laptop to my headphone..
Black: I really want something that could mesh well with my existing wardrobe. Something that I could use for my everyday life
Resistant: I tried to avoid additional things on it/heavy design that could break/get lost/fall you get the idea
What I found:
- Saffiano Venice gardener's tote bag (Prada)
- Fendi 2jours tote
- cabas chyc large leather shopper (YSL)
- PS13 large leather shopper
I have never bought handbags from those houses so if anyone can provide feedback on quality/durability that would be fab Also: I was thinking of buying the bag online and was wondering if 1- it was a good idea, 2- if I should wait for the sale (summer?) 3- very silly question but my fiancé wants me to insure my bag.. Has anyone ever done it? It's for his own sanity as he put it Posted via Mobile Device
I really really like it, I think it's a nice everyday bag, but I don't know... Is H&M bag worth paying almost 100€? But on the other hand Zara bags are also pricey, but I've never heard anyone complain about it.
^I think the price is quite reasonable, since it's real leather.
Did you check that bag out at a store? You should first look at it in store, to see what it really looks like and whether the materials are okay etc.
I've had the experience of really wanting a bag from H&M website, but in real life it looked hideous and the quality wasn't too great.
