it is a nay for me. here are some reasons why.

- it's metallic AND logoed, with a big logo keyfob on the side. While I think it's fine to play up one attention-getting factor, this is over the top to me.
- I don't really care for the shape. Imagine this bag black and with no logos or fob, and it is only "so-so". However, it's not a terrible shape either.
- That keyfob really looks like a measuring spoon or something else too bulky for the bag. It detracts from the bag by adding yet another "look at me" element that is also disproportionately large and chunky shaped.

I could see the keyfob ditched and this worn with an understated dress to balance the look, and it would come out quite well, but I prefer not to have to dress in order to flatter my bag, I like it to work the other way...

I actually agree with many of Yasmin's reasons. I also feel like such a bright gold is hard for me incorporate into my wardrobe. I also wear "white" jewelry most of time so gold would clash.

However, if you love the bag you should go ahead and buy it. There's nothing sadder than not buying something and looking for it later when you can't find it anymore! (It's also sad when you finally do buy something and don't get to use it.)

The nice thing is that you can just take out the metal logo if you think it will be too loud. Asides from that, it seems to be a good size for an evening bag and looks like it can go casual to dressy.
