but decided that $13 in shipping is more than i want to pay for those few littlel things..

so i passed..

yup! it's the eggplant

i haven't stopped using it since i got it..
i get lots of compliments on it actually..
but i love the color.. can't say it enough

the leather they use is really nice..

I have the Mercer Clutch in currant (like a muted, deep red / burgundy). They don't sell that color anymore, but here's a black version:

I so badly want the Havana Hobo in Eggplant or possibly in Red, but it's a little out of my price range right now as I'm not working and don't seem to be able to learn the concept of budgeting and saving up. I can't wait until I'm out of school and not a struggling, starving University student.

^^they have so many great colors available for that hobo as well..
you could get a different one for every season if you wanted to

though that wouldn't be budget-friendly for those of us who don't have an unlimited supply of $$

Hayden-Harnett is having a big post-Holiday sale until January 14th. A ton of stock is marked down again. Too bad I've spent ridiculous amounts of money on boxing day shopping, or I'd get the Havana Hobo in Ruby - it's marked down to $214.

According to a tPF thread, the sale's been up since yesterday but they just announced it today.

There are some good deals (Havana Hobo in Ruby!!), but I spent too much money during the holidays! Too bad there are no coupon codes and/or you can't use codes on sale items because the shipping fees are quite high!

I hope that you guys will get some nice steals though!

Yeah, if I could use my 15% off discount on the Havana Hobo, I'd probably get it, but I should really resist. Especially with all the extra import fees and duties. And my bag from the sample sale only arrived a few days ago, so I should instead focus on enjoying that.
