^^ Best "Birkin" is from DesireMall.com but they aren't branded. I think Jacky has the best Hermes branded Birkin.
OMAS is hyped as having amazing Birkins, but he is VERY expensive and I've heard from members that Jacky's is just as good as OMAS.

eeboston: The gris Mahina from Catty I had had WAY too obvious perforations and the pattern didn't correctly line up (I did a ton of comparisions with auth). This was about a year ago. I thunk she may have changed sources so her gris *may* be better now. I'm not speaking for anyone else, I'm merely stating that I've seen Catty's gris XXL and XL in real life and they were NOT as good as Jacky's.

briar_rose: not mean at all! very useful. i was not particular pleased with how the leather appeared myself, but when it comes to the small details i truly do *need* as much information as people are willing to share i'm thinking the lack of good reps explains the lack of stam reps in general, hence very few examples from which i can learn! you've definitely been helpful - things like stitching are important, absolutely.

(also, omg, almost had a heart attack when i tried to post and it said thread closed, LOL.)

the problem w oldies rep is LESS demand so they dont make. or limited stock for good quality.
i heard Jacky's stams were really good but he doesnt have it anymore, you might want to email him to see if he can locate you one from his factory?
i want the mini stam and been watching on ebay - i missed out the fuschia...waiting for it to come back up
