I would remove the wristlet, replace it with a long thin strap and connect the other side to the zipper pull if nothing else would work...could some please try this for me and let me know if it's do-able? would be interested to see a FC worn/modeled this way..THANKS
What I would do, is ask for a piece or two of the leather that they use on the regular bags to hold the O-ring,some studs and a few rings. Then all you would have to is punch a hole for the stud to go through. KWIM? You could fasten it, just like the strap for the city bag.

PinkPrincess, I bet this guy might have what you're looking for: http://www.buckleguy.com/categories....ps/O%252dRings
Also, are the O-rings attached the same way as RH bags? If so, you shouldn't have to cut the O-ring, just twist off the thimble part that holds the leather together over the ring. Hope I'm making sense.

Thats the one I need so I can keep up with the correct names and colors.

Do you gals know which T&D bag styles have the least flaws? Correct o-rings, correct zipper lengths, correct front panels, etc?

Thanks!

Got my camera back so here are some pictures finally. My black T&D bags. Weekender: I took off the tassels and replaced it with the ubiquitous heart charm (I think 95% of her customers are from TPF/TFS, lol.). The tassels I am in the process of coloring in with a thin black crayola marker. It works great. Just make sure to let it dry before using or it will smear all over you!! I don't recommend using a sharpie - I tried a little and the ink is too strong. Crayola's working great though, it has no bluish undertones either. Plus if you get a little marker on the leather, you can rub it off with your finger or a clothe that is moistened with a little conditioner. It won't stain since it is water-based.

ANYHOO I also included some pics of my Brief and Part-time. You can see in the comparison pic the different textures of leather. The PT is from early this year. It's smoother, thinner and shinier, but I've conditioned it tons and I've learned to love it. The Brief is thick and bubble-y. The weekender is evenly distressed and supple - the best, IMO.

Michelle, I love your argent Day. I never liked the Day style very much but your mod pic is changing my mind!

beavercall- NICE BLACK COLLECTION..sweet, I like that within your black leather family you have 3 different textures, as well as shapes and sizes, more interesting that way! thanks for sharing the pics.

I think the work has a pretty good track record I think that might have the least, not 100% sure. The flat clutch is supposed to be spot on so i hear.

beavercall: LOVE your Brief. It's an interesting shaped bag IMO. It looks like the nicest of the bunch, but then again, I'm a bit biased.
dewyblueeyes: What's the status if your bf's Clipper? Have you sent it back to Jacky or did you decide to keep it?
bagalicious: Sounds like you're looking for a swing-pack type of bag. What about the Besace? Would that be too big?

hey shellybean- Well the size of a flat clutch is perfect for the things I have with me when im on set working (purse, keys phone) saves me taking a work bag and my kit. and I'm thinking if i had it on a thin long strap i could wear it x body without it squashing the girls down So nice to see you again Shellybean...you kinda took a hiatus as me and my praline rolled in..Your posts are always amusing
I dont want a X body bag perse, more like a X body pouch..kangalicious Like a side worn "fanny pack"
I also think it's hysterical that we are buying our own O rings and replacing them

bonne- i would say the RH city is the most spot on as well as the work. the RH city has the front panel fixed and the right O rings and tassels, handles, measurements etc. i love my black RH city!!! i can't wait for my ame RH city.

melissa71- Thank you so much!!! On the GH city a giant hardware attaches the leather together. i'm wondering if i can twist that thing off? i'll let my BF know we wont have to cut anything.

my bf just measured my O ring from my black RH city. the inner diameter is about 1 1/4" so i am going to home depot + michaels right now. if i don't find them there, i will order them online! thank you so much melissa!!!!!!!!!!

arisaa how much was shipping for those rings? thanks!

bagalicious- i know, i kinda think it's insane but it is making me feel A LOT better about my HG bag!!!

i used to have a weekender in that magenta. i promise it is a magenta from wonderland. not 05, not LE, not pale magenta or amethyst. so...better stay out

to be clear, i loved my WE even though its a wrong color, so you might want it if u dont care about the OFF. i think someone on here also have a first in that color?
