im happy for those that have positive result and liking ur result when changing the O ring. but to me, it's very minor. there is a huge flaw on GGH and i think most of you havent notice, but if you get turn off by the ring, you should stay w GSH (switch the ring) or with RH bag. that's the MAIN reason why i dont buy ggh.

I hope T&D do bordeaux/grenat or something similar again - that's one of my holy grail colors!

Now you've got everyone staring at their GGH bags, trying to if there is something wrong with them!

I have to say that the dark cherry is pretty similar to an 06' grenat, not the exact color but the same coloring. I have an auth '06 grenat twiggy and my dark cherry twiggy looks very close.

i used to have a bordeaux city from NBF and as i said before, it was the best, absolute best leather

the flaw i was talking about on ggh is quite obvious to me, however, it's the same concept, you cant tell if u dont know it's there.

ooooh really??? that's awesome! thanks for the info asl bebes. I was wondering how similar the cherry was. I have a work GGH which I will post more pics of here. It looks a bit purple-ish in the first pic, but in full sunlight it looks redder. Excuse my lawn chairs in the background, lol. I'm lovin' all this talk about other colors. When will T&D announce some new colors? *SIGH* Pics by me.

he used a dremmel to cut into the rings (new ones and old ones). stretched the O rings and slid them off the bag, stretched open the new rings and slid them in. then used a clamp to bend the ring together. it looks perfect now and i feel much better carrying it around

btw he was joking that he upped my popularity on this thread. and he's giving me tips on how to take pics of the o rings.. apparently the guys on his car forum do the same things with their car parts.. hahaha

wow thats great news? but don't the cut part of the oring show?

I would have thought that by unscrewing the stud you could take out the oring?

or maybe not, since I have never tried...

hi all, dont PM me about the flaw, it's there, but if u havent realize it is there, then it's good enough to pass for u, u prob. cant tell if it's not next to the real thing, same as the ring thing. the experts talked about it on here several times already- so ...anyways, dont PM me about it
