^ for my last order Jacky told me to pay with WU over the internet, however in Australia you can only use WU at a post office so I had to do it there. The idiots at the post office typed his name wrong so he told me i had to change it as he didn't get the money, but I rang WU and they were so efficient and changed it for me over the phone, they were open 24 hours too.
anyway my point is, that if you're in the States you can do it with WU online, the only thing i dont like about it is that it costs $30 in Australia, i'd prefer pay pal. but at least i know i'm getting good stuff from Jacky.
it's worth it for that, and he's super efficient and friendly..

hey guys - i know nbf is doing the anthracite wait list... anyone hear of any spring-y type colors coming up? i'd love a calcaire bag. i missed out on the vert d'eau - placed an order on ioffer for one with reg hardware, but turns out they didn't have one left like they thought they did and i had to get a refund. i've got a black day with sgh and black work with ggh and love both... but i need a spring color - hate carrying black in warm weather, i'm all about the brights!

If you email them like, RIGHT now, you might be able to get a Violet. They already ordered the leather and I'm not sure if they have extra or not. There is also a waiting list for the Magenta color....do you like the Magenta?

I just received these two bags from Catty (ladyfashionsky) and I have to say I'm very pleased. I've been eyeing the mahina for quite awhile, but was a little hesitant to order it because usually the limited edition bags aren't copied very well. It's better than I could have imagined. The interior is dead on and has a super soft grey suede lining. There's a few glue spots on the outside and the straps on the side of the bag seem a tad shorter than the authentic. The shape of the pushlock on the front is not exact, but I think you could only tell if you were holding the authentic right next to it. The quality of the exterior leather is awesome. I've held the real one and this is pretty much exact in terms of color and texture. The gucci is great too. I wanted a fun evening bag. The color of the medallion in the middle is slightly darker than the authentic, but otherwise the bag is a perfect replica. The bags came very fast and Catty was great to deal with!

Correction: Jacky tells everyone to NOT pay him using WU online; he wants you to go to a WU agent and tell them to allow the money exchange rate to "float" and not be fixed. This is to his advantage. The times I've requested this from the customer service person running the WU terminal at the local grocery store, they just look at me with that "Huh?" face. Maybe a WU employee can follow that, but I go to the market for these transactions and they definitely do not "get" the floating exchange rate scenario.

^you're right I got it backwards, he says not to do it online, but my point was that in Aust you can only do it in person anyway... as for the whole floating exchange rate thing i have no idea what he means, but i always just say for him to receive the money in US $ and that seems to be fine..when i asked about the floating exchange rate, the woman at the post office had no idea either.

I'm ancy for spring colors too. I don't think I can pull off carrying a magenta anymore. And I want something brighter for the summer! I wouldn't mind a calcaire.. or maybe even greige. I would D-I-E for something like the 05 turquoise :drooooools:

It is definitely big. Much bigger than the Work bags, but since it's so slouchy, it's not uncomfortable to carry and it's not that heavy. It is the biggest bag I own though!

NBF Anthra Work pics

Hi all,

FYI, here are closeups of my NBF Anthra work with RH, including the little plastic Joan Rivers heart charm with Swarovski crystals.

Dimensions are: Length 18, height 11 and depth at bottom 6 3/4.

AWESOME piece by the boys.

SMKelly,
I agree with you! We have the same Anthra Work (probably from the same batch)- it's so gorgeous and the leather is simply amazing! I think among all the Bbags I have (from the boys), this one is by far one of the best. I have a Black city that I bought from them sometime in January that is equally gorgeous. They just keep getting better and better!
