T&D/Newbagfactory only needs one more LUCKY GIRL to order the Balenciaga Black Day bag with regular hardware so they can start the production run. PM me or email him at to order it!

Price is approx 240$US and the production starts as soon as the third person (YOU!) pays and it takes ten days from there.

Me and another thefashionspot.com member have already ordered it and we just need one more person!!!!!!!!!

A little bit about this GORGEOUS bag (from Balenciaga.com):
Quote:
Soft vintage crafted lambskin • top zip closure • hand stitched handles 7.9'' drop • front zip pocket • leather framed hand mirror • fine textile lining • interior zip pocket with Balenciaga embossed leather tag • 14.2'' x 14.2'' x 5.1'' • lightweight 1.7 lbs • made in Italy.
This style is extremely classic and might hardly go out of style, even when the whole Balenciaga motorcycle bag hype will be over (won't be soon though). Like it name says, perfect for everyday use.

Also, this style is one of the less replicated, so if you want to look unique, this is your chance!!! T&D are really known to make the BEST of the BEST replicas of this style and the leather is just gorgeous!

Let me know if you're into this like I am!

KerenAnn: Wow your lilac city is simply gorgeous!!! I really want to pat the leather hehe

I'm getting sort of annoyed by T&D now I ordered my Magenta GGH Part-time on the 11th and they already told me the bag was in stock (since it was on their ioffer page). They said they will ship it out asap and send me the tracking. Now it's been 10 days after, I should've received it by now if they really sent it out I've sent them 2 emails asking if they sent it yet or if they had a tracking and they said the bags have left the factory and are with the courier, they will get the tracking # tomorrow and get back to me. It's been 3 days again and no number... I feel bad to hassle them like this, but the whole point of me NOT ordering the turquoise was because I didn't want to wait so I bought a bag that was "in-stock"... *sigh*

^sorry to hear that! any bag from T&D seems to take a while...

Jacky did say that if he found a turq chanel flap around they could make it, but if I keep asking at this rate he's going to have to buy a whole chanel store! oh well. it's either 3700 bucks on ebay....OR jacky can pull through. or maybe even catty. she could possibly track down one too.

KerenAnn, your lilac city is soo pretty!

The lilac color is definitely growing on me, but I must wait at least another month to replenish my bank account for anymore bbags.

Yeah if only all factories can be as detail orientated as T&D then we'll be in heaven! :P

I don't think Jacky has control over how those factories make bags. Hopefully he can (or going to) find better makers~ I saw some purple flaps on TPF, they all look close to Catty's -- with a pinkish tone them.

Would you PM me TSE's site please? How's his Chan*l quality? Any idea?

^No, Jacky and Marcia do not get their bags from the same factories.

Marcia's bags are manufactured in Korea using imported leather. They use the same batch of thin, veiny cracked leather for all colours. I have one of those bags actually, a giant work in pink. I also have a Rouge Day from T&D.

First of all, the gh work is well constructed and EXTREMELY durable, mine is made of lambskin and it withstood my months of (ab)use and all my college books! The leather is stiff at first but it does break in nicely and has a nice cracked veiny effect all throughout.. But having said that, the leather is pretty much flat and in terms of texture I prefer the leather on my T&d way more.. .
I do know that the leather on bbags do tend to vary between a lot so each to their own, I guess...

woohoo! I just ordered a black Work RH from T&D. I couldn't choose between Work and City until I saw the pics from MissScarlet. Thanks!
Now, I just need to save up enough money for a City from Balenciaga boutique. haha... It's gonna take me a while.

I HIGHLY doubt Marcia's bags are made in Korea. If she's in China and she ships from China, then her bags are made in China. Some sellers fib about Korean made bags because the urban legend about "superfakes" from Korea. Its a myth.

MissScarlett: Thank you a million times!! The difference is subtle in the bales, but there is a big difference in the width/thickness of the hooks!! I'm just going to stick with the Work until T&D fix it. I and others have let them know so its just a matter of their willingness!

Rebekah: The Mahina on J's site is in inches. Its a VERY large bag (29in high).

Well, I ordered my Spy!! My dear friend on tfs who has an expert eye (and whom I won't mention by name so she doesn't get bombarded by fauxthentication questions) declared it "gorgeous" and I couldn't agree more!! The leather is fab and the seller claims it smells amazing too!! Its got the zucca interior and looks spot on!!

I'm naughty and also placed an order with J! To quote Kanye "I have a problem with spendin' before I get it." Does it make it any better that I'll be able to pay it all off within three weeks or less?

I'm not going to spam the board about this (because that's not what this board is for :ahem: and I would expect a PM from the mods would be appropriate if I were spamming....) but please PM me or SoCali if you're interested (and able to order/pay for) a perfect MC Speedy 30. (!!!!!!!!).

My bag ban starts.....yesterday!!! Hehe.
