Take it to LV to have it professionally cleaned...may take a few months but it will look perfect.

Hi there and thank you so much for forwarding the info...unfortunately, it is a bit too expensive...the bag retails for $3400 at LV...I don't know if I want to pay that for a past season bag.

Well, that bag is still in this year... but not sure if it will be for next year. The metallic phase is in right now. Hmmm, could you still special order it from the boutique?

Sadly, LV boutiques never put anything on sale. You will see past season's clothes hanging there with their full retail prices. Their explanation is that they don't want people who've bought at full price to feel bad when it goes on sale...so no sales ever. OTOH, I 'd never purchase clothes at the end of the season at full price.

Sorry, but what I meant to say was that I am willing to pay the retail price but not the $5999 asking price on ebay for the same bag....I wish I could find someone that would be selling the bag for near retail price....I even called customer service in France this morning but they absolutely do not have the bag anymore..anywhere

...so my best bet is to get the bag pre-owned

but I don't want to pay almost twice the retail price if you know what I mean.

Today I spilled full cup of coffee on LV bag, but luckily the bag is brown. The inside just got ruined a little bit and now it smells like coffee.

Oh, I'm sorry, I misunderstood you. Does Vuitton Paris know the inventory for all their international boutiques, or just the ones in France?

Good question...I don't know but they said that they can't get me the bag...yesterday, I called cust srvc in NYC again to find out if they can special order the bag for me...they said they DO NOT special order discontinued items....BOOO HOOOOO

that is what I was told too. also, they will not special order items that are too new.
