That's right. I have no way of knowing but I would bet that the style they were selling on ioffer was not even the Stam. BUT, I did read here on the Lush/ioffer thread that they are HARD AT WORK on the Stam replica. So maybe there is someone out there who beat them to it.

There's a taupe stam on ebay starting at $1200.00 which looks very shady. It looks like the pictures were copied and cropped

I tried it on at saks a while ago, it wasn't that heavy. It was lighter than the paddington I'm pretty sure.

"BG presence" = NM

Lucky me (I'm in TX)!
I think that if NM owns BG, BG probably has a corporate HQ location in Tx which is why you are so lucky!

the latest news i heard (which you can choose to ignore, given all the mixed information we've all been receiving) from the boutique is that they will be repeating the stam, but they will be only selling through the boutiques to up hold the integrity & exclusiveness of this bag...i was also told that they will not be repeating the icy and only manufacture the nappa versions.

Thanks for the info! Will they be doing more of the current colors or new ones?

the sa i spoke to didn't know the colors that were coming out, but they should find out hopefully soon...

That's good news thanks ecledticbagz. I will get the black for now and will try to get the taupe in nappa for next season.

The stam in cream would be very nice.

i'm disappointed they won't be repeating the icy... esp for the black. i hope the ones coming from the BG preorders will be the icy leather!
although a cream nappa sounds very soft and nice...

well...the first official fake stam auction on ebay was by a seller "elleballerina" located in ontario. i contacted ebay reporting the fake bags...i thought they looked shady because the starting price was $199 and the marc jacobs font looked like sh*t. and the stupid seller emailed me back saying they were "AAA replica bags", using the "same materials all the way down to the zipper", so basically they dug their own grave. their auction had already been canceled by ebay and so im assuming someone else reported them as well......so watch out ladies...they are out there
