I checked out the newest MBMJ bags at Nordstrom the other day, and I was sooooo disappointed with the leather quality. The new bags feel thin and cheap, nothing like the old bags. Which is sad considering they've gotten a bit more expensive.

This one felt so cheap.

However, I'm still lusting over this one.

it depends on the bags. i had a natasha (the one with the bird on it) and the larger sasha and they were done out of REALLY nice quality lambskin. lamb is more costly than calf, because there's not as much good leather in a hide as a big cow....so it really depends. i think the quality is still here personally

The bird one, the Natasha, has really nice leather. It's the brown one in the first pic that feels SOOOO cheap. Like the fake leather bags from Urban Outfitters cheap!

I own a Sasha and the leather on it is very nice (but delicate)... I've heard the later releases of this bag lack in quality.
