Guessgirl96...I am personally not a fan of having the same bag in different colours...I like to have different styles ...Its your call...if its an absoulte must...then go ahead and get it...But your getting two patent bags, if you were getting one patent and the other normal leather that would be a good reason for not buying clothes:P
But at the end its ur call...ur style...I dont know if ur a clothes girl or a simple girl with amazing bag collection? it differs..some people like to focus on clothes and dont focus on bag...whereas others focus on the accessories( bags and shoes) and leave out the clothes part...and others focus on both...it depends which are you

to me, i'm still at the stage where i think the large and the smaller one are 2 very different bags and wouldn't think its too much to get both in 2 colors. although it comes in 50 styles, each of them seem radically different..seems to me this is one of those bags that takes most of the of attention already..

i guess it really depends on your wardrobes and your needs.. personally for me, i tend to repeat-use my accessories more than clothes. i figure, you can't wear the same shirt 4 days straight in a wk but you definately can with a bag and if you decide to resell (i know you're good with ebay), accessories tend to have more value than used clothing..

Thats exactly how I rationalize my purchases! On average I pay way more for a bag than any piece of clothes, becuase I wear my bags so much more often.

Maybe I can get the bbag for my birthday... hmm.. That would solve my "dilema"!

If I do get 2, I finally decided I like the white better than the black, so I'd be getting the red and white patant. The tan/black is reallly starting to grow on me though..

Yes GG - I agree Dulcisima - get one B Bag the tan and black in the classic catwalk size. You won't regret it if you get just one particularly as after the Winter 06 shows in Feb/Mar there will be a whole raft of new bags to go crazy about...

Just went in to my local fendi...they STILL can't take the pre-order. They have the inventory numbers of the bags they are getting but they can't match the numbers to the exact colour/style.
However, the Manager (whom ive hounded for 3 months now) PROMISED me that she would reserve me a small black patent or whatever comes in that is closest to that. This has been the looooonnggeesstt pre-order of my life. All started back in Singapore about 4 months ago! Guessgirl, I envy you already ordering!

gg, how much do you like the clothes this s/s, and how much updating would you like to do given your existing wardrobe?

i really disliked the boho/sequin tunic/prarie skirt look last summer, so i spent mostly on accessories. however, i really like this s/s's offerings (more modern classic), so i'm definitely happy to buy 1 b. fendi and spend more money on the clothes.

congrats on deciding on the white. it is so dreamy.

Some more thoughts that hopefully won't confuse the issue (but probbly will): I think both the red and white patent are very summer, while the tan/black is more year round. (sometimes I wish there was a choice of only two of EVERYTHING - then you pick one and if you don't like either choice you don't get it. I can spend hours picking out a birthday card, for example - drives me NUTS )

"dreamy"... nice word to desrcribe the white

The blue is still so tempting... Now it's kind of white vs. blue

I actually figured out what I'll do

I just remembered as long as I get a 3.2+ GPA, I get a grad. gift (my bdays gift has been occupied by a car).. So I'll ask for the bbag and hope my brother is generous

That reminds me I had to end up with a 3.2+ this semester or I have to sell my (early good semester grades gift) chanel reissue I have finals next week, been doing LOTS of studying

I actually like the clothes this summer much better too, I wasn't into the boho thing last year.

Your so right... It would be so much easier if there was just 2 of everything!

I wouldn't wear something totally completly summery in winter, I kind of dont follow the winter-dark summer-light rules... I've worn my apple green city and creme paddington in winter. Kind of a fashion fuax-pas, but barley anyone seems to follow it here so I guess it's ok.

Thank you everyone so much for the feedback!

hee! i started to seriously consider the blue since diorella reposted that stunning style.com pic.. i really love the creamy red but not sure if i can pull it off with my wardrobe. i'm thinking if grey jeans get insanely overdone it might limit my options on jean days since i would feel like a flag (red bag+blue denim: france, UK, italy, US, etc..)

right now i'm leaning towards holding out on the small in hopes of a winter jewel-tone batch..

btw, having a bbag as a reward must be great motivation! we know you can do it, fight fight!
