if this was easily obtainable i think less people would want it.

seems like it's a love it or hate it bag and i belong in the latter category; i think it's absolutely hideous.

I wear it when out for casual coffee & drink & have even taken to formal night out at Racecourse with everyone from work, including owners of the Care Home. I could see me ( and others) doing the same with the fairy bag.

Yes, I'm the same with my Chloe Tiger hobo. I've always loved tigers (and had a book called Heavenly Tigerlily, as a child, which was full of beautiful illustrations of big cats surrounded by flowers!), so it's become an extention of my personality, not simply a style statement.

I loved the blue and purple shoulderbag version of the Fairies bag, when I saw it on the runway and was thinking of buying it, but I haven't seen it on the Prada website, so I wondered whether they hadn't put it into production, after all?

Most interesting things do inspire either love, or hate, in people, though, don't they?

Better that than take-it-or-leave-it mediocrity.

The illustrations are beautiful. Reminds me of the drawings Sasha does .

Off-topic but that book and those illustrations sound lovely! I would LOVE if you could scan and post in the Children's Book Illustrations thread

Yep, according to Purseblog.Com, the paintings ran even in light, misty rain. A lot of customers had difficulty returning the bag as well. If you go to the "Prada Bags" section on the side, they cover the issue and link to personal testimonies!

I'm not sure about whether they're selling them as a final sale or not!

I want one so bad, but I feel I'd never actually use it. What do you all think. Worth buying? I'm so understated and classic, but I MUST HAVE IT. Ahhh.

Yes! I needed the justification before splurging on it. I am so bad with money. I'll be picking it up next weekend and will take photos for you all!
