Weekend / Overnight Bags
I've searched for a decent topic on this, but couldnt find one.... Anyways, what are some good weekend bags? Im trying to steer away from a monogram keepall... but am pretty open minded. Ive seen gorgeous things from goyard, vuitton's epi, and BV.... but I dont want to spend that much money.... I'd like to spend under 1000. Anything from Marc, Tods, etc? Thanks in advance.

Fendi has this gorgeous duffle avialable. It comes in the signature fabric aswell as the same leather as the Spy bag. They were 1000 for the fabric and 1700 for the leather.

Coach has these lovely weekend bags too. In the Hamptons line aswell as the Varick mens collection.

weekend bag...
oh, the nicest weekend bag i have ever seen is this one by Paul Smith a friend of mine owns.. it is truly beautiful!!! so very paul smith-ish indeed! i think my friend paid about 250 € for it so you could consider it. just a suggestion, of course....

the one i have is a cheap black Fred Perry one i bought in London a few years ago... i would definitely get me a P. Smith one next time!

cheers, Sonny xxx

Overnight/Weekend bags
I love luggage! I don't think it gets enough attention...

What do you take away with you when you're away overnight/weekend/with work?

I need inspiration (and pics!)

I use my Andrea Brueckner Hamptons Weekender weekly as I stay away two nights for work, and it's perfect. It's full-grain leather and is developing a beautiful patina and has become wonderfully soft too from all the use. It doubles as my gym bag as well - I love it, there's nothing I'd change on it at all.

Pics my own; the front bag is the Overnighter, the back is the Weekender (17" long).

I thought so too when I got it, but it holds a surprising amount of gear! I fit everything I need into it, including toiletries and a spare pair of shoes. It's 17" long, and about 8" deep and tall, too.

I love luggage too...almost a fetish.

Dolce & Gabbana buffalo leather

If you're traveling by car/rail hardsided like a Bisten/Alzer have nostalgic Spirit of Travel feel; but, if you fly you'll have to check them and if the trip is short I don't like waiting for bags. Some trolleys you can carry on.

Alternative duffle options (excuse the watermarks...old pic when I used to have to worry about my thing poping up on the internet)
