well, you do have a rather dainty wrist, but the bracelet is not tiny! i think you could do a larger watch it's a nice bracelet

I've been planning on buying the ring which is either white/black ceramic w/diamonds that goes for about 3700. After reading about the new watch w/diamond sparklers for approximatley the same price....I'm confused.

Opinions on the ring?? Also most of my bags/shoes are black but I do love the white- those w/the same problem have you found what to match it with....
The new watch that has diamonds is with just diamond markers (12 diamonds) instead of numbers, not the one with diamonds all over the bezel. That's why the diamond markers one is only $3850 (only.....). The one with diamonds all over the bezel, I think, is over $5000.

I have seen those ceramic rings, I don't like it much though, but if you like it, go for it! And I think a white ring could still match your black clothes perfectly! This is the black one I found on chanel.com

the black ring is nice! i think the white one would be a bit more striking though. i think the white watch comes with black diamonds and black comes with white diamonds but now white comes with white, black with black. there are tons of variations.

Personally, I think the ring would look better in black if you want it with diamonds, the diamonds would be more "bling bling"

I also think the black ring goes better with the diamonds. White ring with diamonds which are white aren't too obvious. They bring out the colour of the other better.

Hikaru, j12 are looking just perfect on you and no way you are thick boned !

Seems like that size is just made for you. It is just perfect proportion

of the visible band and the watch face on your hand.

I wonder does anybody know what watchmakers are making Chanel watches since Chanel

is not exactly a watch-making company?

hmmm, meowmix, do you think your wrist is about as big as the girl in pigleto's pic? looks nice on her, but because her wrist is so small and the watch face looks a bit bigger, makes the watch (and the whole look) a bit more casual/ athletic than dressy.

is that the smaller size, you think?

btw, love that ring! i like the black & diamond combination as well... it's really amazing that 1 year ago i really couldn't care less about chanel and now it's turning into a full blown obsession!!

Yah, it's definitely a swiss watch maker doing Chanel watches. Because I called up the Chanel store here to enquire about the watch, and was told that it's out of stock, and stock will only come in, totally dependable on stock arriving from Switzerland (and I was expecting them to say Paris).

Ok so right now I was planning on getting the ring. (around $3800) the choice is black or white. I kind of agree with your opinions that the black/diamond combo is more striking. But in the future I plan on getting the white diamond watch- then the ring and watch won't match!
I can't spend over 5,000 on the diamond watch right now- so if you had the choice would you go for ring or white watch w/diamond markers at the same price?
