I personally would not wear a necklace, I think that it'd be too much...
However, I'd find some chunky black and white bangles and wear them with it. I think that that dress has the possibility of looking quite 1940's and strong. It's got some very bold lines, and I wouldn't distract from them with any silly, dangly jewelry. If you do want earrings though, how about some white "button style" ones. I think you should leave your hair very simple and blunt, with red lipstick.

Yeah, do away with the necklace. It would only detract from the neckline. I wouldn't go with any dangly silly jewelry either. It wouldn't be able to hold it's own against the dress.

Alright... thanks guys... those ideas are great especially considering that I have some cute little black shoes that look a little retro.

Oh and congrats on the Paint Shop-age... very wonderful!

The dress is very tulip-esque. I agree.. no necklace... and very discreet earrings... perhaps try to put something fun in your hair.. maybe a tulip

Pearls or diamonds/diamantee in your ears. Maybe a small bracelet

I'd wear long earrings, no necklace and a simple bracelet. the neckline won't work with anything on your neck.

No necklace, no earings. This probably isn't in your price range... (or anyone's for that matter) But this bracelet is fab. Dianne von Furstenberg for H Stern, Portia de Rossi wore it for the Globes:

I'm all about CHUNK these days.

I would do the classic look with the dress. No Necklace ( which we all agree on)
I would go with large diamond ( cz) stud earings very simple. I think the hair should be neatly pulled back into a cignon or whatever those things are called. No Bracelet IMO make up should be very simple Black eyeliner, full eyebrows, soft lips..NO RED. Go for classic shoes black or silver with one or two straps maybe even with some embellishment on them..NO WHITE SHOES
I think you should class it up with that dress, I love CHUNK but not with that dress.
