anyone know of a place to get rep jewelry- diamonds from? LOL- I need a big 'ol fatty diamond to match my expensive watches, bags, and louboutin shoes! (everything is rep of ocurse...LOL)

barbie, if you are really serious.. www.carat.cc -- the diamonds look AMAZING. they are finely cut like real diamonds and are as strong as sapphires. i found them by peering in a shop window thinking they were gorgeous real pieces!

they are, but they´re white gold, so i guess that justifies it??
otherwise, try swarovski, they have a really cute solitaire type of ring. I have that one but it´s too big for me.

one question about CARAT*... how good are these diamonds?
I´m not sure how a 2 carat solitaire will be believable.. that stone alone is supposed to cost 60 grand

maybe I should go with the more humble 1 carat? LOL

socali and cherrybomb: does the seconds hand on your watches "float" like on the original/automatic watches or does it stop after each second movement like a quartz watch

what is it supposed to do?

socali- a 2ct. diamond is def. expensive no matter what, but there are massive price differences. An amazing 2 ct. from a dept. store will be massively cheaper than a 2 ct. with a brand attached to it such as Harry Winston or Tiffany. Anyways- no one will know it's not real- with your watches, bags, and shoes accompanying it! Besides- your hubby could be made of $$ too!

my 2ct "diamond" should be around 20k and who cares whatever anyone else thinks LOL

So I ´m definitely getting the 2k "inspired" and a matching pair of earrings

but I´ve emailed them first and asked them if anyone in california ever paid taxes.. cuz taxes would be crazy u know?

ps: i think it´s supposed to move the way it moves on mine?

Rollies should move "sweeping" so that the seconds hand actually never stops/you barely notice it stopping because the movements are so small see this youtube vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M2FkD1QUc4w

the J12 automatic should too, the none automatic one moves like every other cheap watch
