^quizvan: I read your other post and came to reply but see you've changed it.

I know I know.. I'm lazy and feel more comfortable ordering from Catty, but this time I'm going to try "new waters" and order form Josh.

Already emailed him and asked him his honest opinion on them

have you gotten ur watches yet? May we know a timeline of your order so we can estimate how long it takes for the watches to get to mama?

thanks!

edit: and forgot to add.. I could tell you're very meticulous and LOVE that about you. I'm not and it's always helpful to have someone like you to oversee details

(read your chopard vs I don't remember on RG and was REALLY surprised about your knowledge.. GENIUS!)

As for where to buy a rep watch, I strongly believe that there are definite advantages to ordering a replica watch from one of the watch sites.
Firstly, those guys are selling THOUSANDS of replica watches -- I imagine they are more familiar with the watch factories and models (and get better product and pricing) than
someone like Catty or Jacky who sell perhaps dozens. Secondly, these rep watch specialists are also getting constant feedback from the repgeek-type customers in the US, telling them to change the font or bezel or whatever in order to make the watch look more authentic, much like NBF hears from us about the bales and Jacky about the stitching on the Chanel flaps. Finally, I feel that these rep watch sellers have a long track record with the repgeek guys, and I may get better recourse moaning about them on that forum than on tFS.

I'm not denigrating Catty or Jacky (whom I love for bags and have always recommended), but it is highly unlikely that they can be as discerning with watches as the rep watch pros are -- I doubt that Catty or Jacky could personally distinguish between ceramic vs. ceramic-coated anymore than one of those watch sellers could tell the difference between sheepskin and calfskin.

People are going to buy from the seller with whom they are most comfortable, and if
people feel more comfortable buying a watch from a trusted non-watch seller like Catty
and Jacky, they should do so -- but knowing that they have a lower likelihood of getting
the best rep at that price point.

I can understand why many tFSers don't want to deal with reading the repgeek
forum and getting involved with a whole new crew of sellers in China -- it's just not worth that time for someone who's planning to buy just a couple of passable watches. It's not really worth my time either, for the watches (or the bags); but I have that sort of obsessive personality, coupled with a pointless curiosity about the subcultures of these forum....

Yes, I had to edit the post because for some weird reason the first couple of paragraphs went missing when I posted -- it's the long arm of Catty and Jacky!!!! --
Josh sent out the watches on Sunday, so tracking shows that they are in the air between Guangzhou and New England. If I get them before we leave on Saturday, I will DEFINITELY post pics -- otherwise, it will be another week before anyone sees them.

LOL, well don't count on me to be meticulous...from here on out I will simply sternly post, "get your pampered behind over to the watch forum -- I'm not the pro!"

LOL!!! me on my way to repgeek right now!!

I actually PMed giorgioarmani to ask him about the rolex and he told me it was from Josh, so i'm getting those two watches for sure..

I'm not sure I can handle more than two watches at the moment, plus I will have to give my hubby serious explanations when he sees me flashing out those two watches out of nowhere

I'm getting more confused by the minute. All these new names and websites are making my head spin. Only thing I know for sure is that I NEED a white bling J12......one that won't scratch like my previous one.

Am I right in saying Josh's website is the perfect clones site? Can someone confirm please?

From my very limited knowledge, perfect clones looks like one if not the best site so far. If only they took Paypal as a method of payment.

perfecto clones is JOSH. Oh, and I was wondering what happened up there . Btw, his does look REALLY good and this is what he replied:Hi Ms Kim, Yes.. These are very realistic and very accurate to the genuine watches.. You should like them .. Yes. I send via EMS courier. Typically it takes about 10 days to reach you. Please place your order directly online at the website,.. Can accept and process your visa or mastercard directly. Fully automated process. ThanksJoshua

socaligurl, thanks for confirming perfect clones is indeed Josh. He sounds like a good bet for quality and CS.

I was just looking at watches on Kerry's site. Some of her Rolex's look pretty good.

littlecoco, your resistance is much stronger then mine. I've always loved watches but lately I seem to want one for every day of the week. It's a sickness, I'm sure. :p

I CANNOT get started with this thread too because I can only afford one obsession at a time, however, wanted to tell you that my "Rolex" from Catty is gorgeous. And the seconds hand does sweep, not tick.
