I have the blackberry 8900 now but I think this week after payday I might make the switch! What are some of the cons of the iphone? I know the pros.. =)

i have an iphone and love it! i used to have the blackberry curve. I will never get another phone. I have a mini computer with me at all time now. Plus Juicy Couture makes the cutest iphone covers! haha

Check out the apple store online and get a feel for the phone.

lmelanie - I recently got a 32G and its the best phone I have ever had. Once you get used to typing on a touch screen, its a breeze. Plus the app store is so much fun!

The touch screen is starting to bother me, and its not as if I have fat fingers. I was thinking about getting a Blackberry, but there becoming way to common.

Yeah I find touch annoying and i have the itouch ipod and it still annoys me so i resorted back to my brick anyways over here iPhones are really common.I guess its because blackberry people doesn't really market their phones to the general public more so the business people. In my class more than half students has the iphone and I'm the only one with a proper blackberry and I know when everyone starts getting a iphone is when my mum gets one....which she did.

is it just me or is the 3Gs less phrone to fingerprints?

i recently updated and i noticed a huge difference

I know exactly what you mean but in my case the Blackberry is very common over here now. Most of my friends have the Blackberry and I'm the only one with the iPhone.

I was thinking about getting a Blackberry after December (when my 12 month free internet on my iPhone runs out), but they've become way to common for my taste now.

yeah, it has an oleophobic coating (why do i know this?... haha) on the screen so even if smears show up, they repel and are wiped away easily....

i can't wait to switch to an iphone from my blackberry this december!! i'm just kinda sad because i have an ipod touch and it has like a million apps + the new software installed.. i don't think i can switch all my apps to my iphone. i mean, i know i can but i won't be able to get the updates for the paid apps.
