I can't wait for a letter counter/textmsg!!!!!! Since my iPhone is not JB anylonger I don't have a counter anymore and even though I have a hugh amount of free texts I can write every month I still think it sucks to not know how long a text is/how many texts you are typing.

Awesome, can't wait for the OS 4, the inability to multitask is really driving me crazy sometimes.

Oh the OS 4 sounds interesting, and a lot better than 3G/3GS! I just wish they'd change the design (even thought I like it still).
I hate how you can't notice the visual difference between the 3G and 3GS. Judging from the images, I'm assuming the OS 4 will have the exact same design?

they took it apart to see what is under the case (definite apple product)
but i would like to see it up and running, the interface, functionality, the OS.

If you read the full article, gizmodo has a lot of supporting facts why they believe its the real deal. Its likely to be a beta/testing version and tweaks may still be made but it works just the way the iphone 3GS does. Also, they mentioned that Apple remotely locked the phone once they discovered it was missing.

it's a prototype. someone lost it, ended up in the black market, later giz got their greedy nerdy hands on it. wonder how much they payed for it.
it's a phone like any other (apart from it not being available to the market) and it's bound to be misplaced eventually. i've never lost my iPhone, but i have some friends that go through 2 or 3 a year!

Jaydotcee: yes june. i wonder how fast it will take them to jailbreak it this time.
