I think they do Saann, from what I could gather, they do international shipping, and there was no talk of where they don't ship to... So I'm ever hopeful!

Well I ordered a cheaper nameplate necklace from etsy today, so I'll see if I do infact wear it - and then purchase a higher quality one from Jennifer if I do!
