Thanks guys! I just ordered a white skirt to wear with these, I didn't think shorts were the best idea either but I dont currently have a skirt that matches and I really wanted to wear them! Would a grey skirt work or would it look to omatchy? What about a black skirt?

Yeah, the grey skirt will maybe be a tad too matchy.. the black skirt, on the other hand, sounds great. You should go with that.. until you get your white skirt.

If i have to choose from grey and black i say rather grey. It's not too grey if you pick the right shirt and shoes, but the white skirt sounds better. Though i think a dress would be the best.

Your leggs are great, but I think the shorts make your thighs look wider than they really are. If they were a size larger I think they'd be better for you.

But onto the gquestion you actually asked, I'd love the knee socks with the shorts, if you wore a looser, more covered up, simpler top. It's a great top but I don't love the whole combination.

Where did you get those socks?

leggings and skirts
i got a pair of the light grey leggings from hollister a few months ago, now that its practically summer, is it ok to wear them in the summer or should they only be worn during winter months?

and one more thing, is there any ways to keep a collar popped all day? besides starch?

^ Leggings are fine in the summer... just pair them with something lightweight & a summer shoe

Not sure about the collar

I would like to hear your honest opinions about this. I'm worried it looks like hmm well.. hooker style.. What do you think? I'm thinking about changing the white short to knee length white skirt to make it modest..
Help!! Thanks!!!

I think it looks great midori ...
"hookerish" is not a word that comes to mind at all when I look at the pic...
the print of the tights is very cute

You need to pair it with a bold, solid colored cropped jacket. Maybe re-think the shoes too...everything white is too matchy.

They're DARING stockings!
