Chocolate brown would rock very hard with Kelly green, as would a very pale butter yellow.

I second As you Like It's choices-- chocolate bown and pale yellow both look great with Kelly green.

I'd also suggest going tonal with a dark hunter green or if you're feeling a little funky a very pale, sherberty orange.

It is a strong, very bright, dark-ish green. Do you know the farm-implement manufacturer John Deere? Their trademark color is Kelly Green.

You see it in a lot of highschool athletic and cheerleading uniforms, paired with "gold" or rather a slightly orangey yellow.

pale butter yellow is what first came to mind...possibly with gold buttons...

a combination of what some others have already mentions...

if you're feeling experimental...then maybe a red/wht candycane stripe grosgrain ribbon sort of ribbon/corsage on the chest with some ribbons hanging down... sort of like something cacharel or clements ribeiro might do...i think they do the ladylike with a sense of humour thing pretty well most of the time...

so it's sexy sweet...rather than granny or preppy...
i think that's what i'd do...

have fun...and please let us know how it turns out...
if you can...maybe post a pic in the customisations thread when you're done...

I decided on burgundy. It sealed it when I was looking through my jewelry boxes and found a burgundy enamel flower pin I forgot I had. I think that will look really nice. I'm picky about lace because so much of it is stiff and cheap looking so once I find some I like and finish my project, I'll post a picture.
