What are your style resolutions for 2008?

- mine is to actually wear my purchases and not worry about standing out because i may look a bit odd haha

* Be more organised with my wardrobe
* Wear less black (this will never happen)
* Wear heels more often when going out
* Don't let all of my clothes be covered in baby spit

"Wear less black" is one of mine too - it seems like a black dress (I have many, from ultra-casual to full-length formals) is my default outfit.

Also, to buy fewer but higher quality pieces (inspired in part by the 4-5 piece wardrobe thread), for many reasons. Not only do well-made clothes just look and fit better in many cases, a higher price point means that I will only purchase the things I really want - instead of going cheap fashion fix route (that adds up!).

I would like to ditch the t-shirt and denim look now that I'm 25 and have a more grown-up look,wearing more skirts, heels and blouses....

i have put together a look book to inspire me so I don't buy things I don't need.

buy more prints - this is going to be a great season for them, so why not? i have everything solid already and would love to inject some gorgeous prints in 2008

*buy more black pieces made of different materials and in different textures.
*buy more dresses, I really need some basic ones in grey and navy..
*actually buy some nice black flats that look good on my feet.
*oh and try to buy less, but in better quality.. - I think I will always be a high-street girl though

to stop worrying about brands..i am guilty guilty of always favoring one article of clothing over another just because of the tag.

and to stop being so lazy with my clothing and start actually trying to look presentably in public hahahahaha

- Be more adventurous instead of worrying about how other people will react.
- Buy pieces that work with what I already own, instead of things that are nice, but will sit in my closet all alone because I have nothing to wear them with.
- More colors and prints.
- More dresses.
- LEARN TO BUDGET!
