second that! Those clothes are perfect! I found another one btw, From J.Lindeberg Mainline FW0809 picture from men.style.com

this is so me! Not dark, but clean sophisticated and a bit rockish.

I'll start saving up today. What I want at the moment:
the 2 sweaters I've posted, this blazer and longsleeve, the down bomber.

elit, I am on board with the wrap concept and am already starting to collect them from the Rick Owens current Dark Shadow collection in fleece. love your choices!

crocetti, I'm confused, you going to buy all of those looks or are they inspiration? please post the credit or I have to remove the post.

I've refined my choices a bit.
a black leather biker jacket either vintage or the real thing from a bike shop
YSL high wedge ankle boots
MMM khaki narrow jeans
Isabel Marant black armor shoulder top
a short grey Junya jacket
Gary Graham top and legging in shibori pattern

Gosh. why must there be so many fantastic pieces for FW 2008? My poor wallet

Bottega (I'm such a fan of Tomas Maier's vision), Jill Sander & Givenchy were my top picks this time around, so many incredible pieces.

(Style.com for the pix)

So far I've nailed down:

Jil Sander Jacket. I really love the coat as well, but after some consideration. I think the jacket is easier to work with. I can't wait to have this in my hands!

Yigal AzrouŽl
Leather Jacket & Skirt

I also pre-ordered two mens pieces that I thought were very interesting. Robert Geller Oversized Knit & A Tibetan leather jacket. (I think someone posted pictures of those just a few posts up so I won't repeat). I"m very excited about them.

I'm still flipping through all the collections, I wouldn't mind a few Blumarine piece since I'm a Anna Molinari supporter.

Those leather pants from Givenchy is pretty amazing.. but I might need Crisco in order get in and out of them.

dandy horse

I need something like this knit-thingy. I don't know who it's by and I don't know where to find anything similar.

helena, what wonderful choices...the 3 marnis appear very vintage together like that. that pink knit dress is very pretty, sure to be a favorite.

it remains hot where I live .. and rains during fall ..
the only significant change I will make .. is that I will avoid wearing white and beiges since they might get muddy in the rain
