all i know so far is ...

there will be pants involved...several different styles/shapes...
and cropped jackets...(just odered a good one from ann demeulemeester)
and pointy toe shoes/boots somehow..(still looking for previous season Ann D)
and some boxy silk-y soft blouses...ivory, black, cocoa, red, etc...

*the culottes will come back out as well...

and i want something green......
kelly green...
and i am loving burgundy again...


all with black of course...
lots of black...

i'm really liking unconstructed shapes and really sculptural shapes...
and i like them mixed together for balance...

Three main things:

The butter yellow Michael Michael Kors trench-it goes to about 3" above the knee and is SO gorgeous!
Two more pairs of Joe's Jeans
Waist-cincher belts...my new obsession.

Structured jacket ala Jill Sander, knitted dress, thigh-high leather boots (hopefully I won't look like a whore), short gloves, and a pair of those Burberry shoes posted earlier! Then I'm set

whatever2, flat thigh highs are the way to go, then you never have to worry...

I'm feeling organic shaped jackets and big cozy cardigans this season with dark pants (big surprise...) Donna Karan has some great buckled riding pants in smokey grey that are dead on. making due with a lot that I already have and being very thoughtful and intentional with new purchases...at least trying too.
