I'm still in summer mode. So I haven't really given this much thought as of yet.
Though I will be on the look out for an olive coloured coat, and a light brown wool scarf to wear with it. As well as a pair of coloured leather gloves. Perhaps royal blue or orange? I'm still in love with this look from Dries Van Noten F/W 2010.

Last year I wore quite a lot of grey, black and navy. So for this season I have a feeling I'll want to throw in some colour (in jewel tones) and prints.
Flat, black chelsea boots- determined to finally get some after wanting a pair for three years.
Pointed loafer-ish flat shoes- ordered a pair from Topshop, and am hoping they'll be nice in real life
Leather biker jacket- another item I've been after for ages but never found the right one.
Thin gold bracelets to wear together
Breton stripe slouchy jumper
Mohair jumpers in various colours
My autumn/winter wardrobe is more or less complete, it's summer I struggle with every single year.
A studded leather jacket — I bought this studded one from Zara online last week http://www.zara.com/webapp/wcs/store...content=button beca but sent it back because of the poor quality leather.
Mohair jumpers (I keep seeing those Le Mont St Michel ones in magazines but have had no luck finding one I like online...)
Black ankle boots with a chunky heel
Charlotte Olympia Kitty flats (because I still don't have them...)

Top priority for fall - black or burgundy suede ankle boots from Balenciaga (if I'm lucky I hope to cop these or at least find a decent equivalent of ones).
I want a pair of patent ankle strap mary janes, maybe with a small heel.
A pencil skirt - I have a hard time finding pencil skirts that fit me really well,
and a few pairs of black cigarette pants,
Maybe some cashmere or cotton cardigans (allergic to wool)
Silk day dresses
^ dauphine, maybe alterations are the answer to the pencil skirt problem?
I went shopping yesterday for cropped/ankle pants and found a pair of each. There was some extra fabric in the front of one pair (I'd gone up a size to get less of a legging and more of a pant effect), and was so pleased when the tailor was able to fix it by removing the extra fabric at the waist. I have been rejecting things for that problem, and now (at my advanced age ) I finally realize it can just be fixed. Even better, it's free at Nordstrom as part of my card benefits. Free or no, tailoring is totally worth it ...

- an olive fur (real or not) hooded parka
- an oatmeal/olive thick knit cardigan (sort of like the one Kurt Cobain wears on MTV Unplugged)
- a solid navy or dark grey blazer with a boy-ish fit
