I'm always thinking I would like to get some cute underpants and stuff, but I always get discouraged by the price. Even the Victoria's Secrets seem kind of pricey for what you get. I'm not certain about spending $5 each for a pair of underpants...my intention is that nobody will see my underwear, hence I wear medium-rise jeans and skirts that cover my butt, and by the time my husband sees my underpants, he doesn't care one way or the other what they look like...

Also, pretty bras are too hard to conceal under most clothes...the lace is too lumpy or the prints show through.

Bah! Why is the cute stuff always so impossible?

As You Like It: $5 for panties? If only I could get them that cheap! Just normal, plain and boring panties here are $15, if I want them fancy they are $20 - 25 and if I want something really special it's $30-40. The bras are allways $20 - 40
If any underwear here is on $5 it's because the store is desperate to get rid of the junk that no one buys

you can get cute knickers for cheaper than $5 (between $1 - $4 usually) at places like tjmaxx and marshall's.

I'm a big fan of TJ Maxx and Target for cheap underwear.

There's a store of 18th street in KC that sells locally made underwear. it's so cute!

As You Like It: Personally, VS are the best! (besides La Perla and such).
You can buy cheap pairs, but they will not last long- the elastic will wear out or the panties themselves will start to thread out. I know VS is pricey, but I def think its worth it.
