From Runway to Real Way
I thought there should be a thread on this, well ive been seeing quite a few things in magazines etc, about "doubles" and things...so i thought there should be a thread...ill try and find some pictures

It really amuses me that black and white stripes have become synonymous with "Dior style" when it's a look older than dirt.

But your choices in the first post are spot on - pretty clearly an effort to reproduce the Dior original.

Great idea for a thread - thanks for starting it!

The original is mohair..

I like stripes too, too bad Dior did it for the runway and now everywhere is selling version of it.

^ I think that's the point, so that those people who buy the real stuff won't feel cheated?

It was just something that I wanted to do, after seeing so much runaway look-alikes in Zara and MNG during last season!

Not that this season was much of a difference.

I love that dior jumper, but I suspect it's prabably over 2k? I was considering the top shop version but it's no where near as nice, and it's almost like wearing a fake which I cant stand

i think the dior one is something like £500-600 im really not too sure...
