What a great thread! Halloween is probably my favourite celebration... the pumpkins, the costumes, etc. I won't be going out or dressing up, just staying in a passing out candy to the kids and maybe going out to take a look.

^ I actually saw my neighbours' kids tonight and felt so bad I won't be there tomorrow night to pass out candy etc. I usually love doing that

But I guess it's nice to be on the other side sometimes so to speak!

some of them are really well done- for what they are...
couldn't find prices though...
and i bet they aren't cheap...

i love how they have 'sexy costumes' at the end...

but then i saw that the 'sexy costumes' generally involve more lingerie than clothing!...

ahahahha I know, How come there can be a sexy line with all those costumes, thoy would have named it, lingerie line hahah but yeah they are quite expensivee, but `pretty nice!

One of the children in my class came dressed as a strong man last year.
He wore only a speed-o swimsuit. His hair was parted in the middle and slicked down. He had a handlebar mustache. He carried a broomstick with a black balloon tied on each end. Written on the balloons ...50lbs

^ I bet he had a wonderful time flexing his little muscles! It must have been so cute but a little bit chilly.

I have three friends who are going to wander around dressed as bunches of purple grapes.

They got leotards to wear underneath, and tons of purple balloons to blow up and attach to themselves with pins and string, and green wigs to suggest leaves. They also got a helium tank so they can have grapes in the air above them. I think it's an ingenius idea... I hope they make it through the evening without getting popped!

I'm going to be Dolly Parton my boyfriend is going to be Kenny Rogers. We're DJing at a club together, so it should be a lot of fun. Last year we were Wayne & Garth from Wayne's World and played "Bohemian Rhapsody" as the last song and it was a magical moment.

I'm excited this year to be Dolly Parton, and stuffing my bra so I can have huge boobs. I got a fabulous dress from a thrift store that is white and lacey and has fringe & shoulder pads. It's going to be so over-the-top and goofy.

Here I am horsing around with my buddy John. I'm "High Visibility Woman." John is just in his normal post-race getup. I don't have any photos of my 1990s outfit, but I think I'm going to have my boyfriend take my picture in that getup.

Aaaand here's my boyfriend. He was a naughty nurse. One of his co-workers teamed up with him and was a geriatric patient.

I wrote about it, with more pictures, in my blog.
