if spending was endless, i would pick this for you.

I have this MJ dress and I love wearing it with a plum cardigan, very nice
but I don't think I'd wear it to a wedding

every week I scour the new net-a-porter purchases. They have some gorg mini dresses that would work well with tunics (or nice dresses, depending on the length) that I'm thinking would look great with white pants (or black) depending and I'll just change pants and accessories for reception.
silk peacock dress

nude isn't a great color on pale people but depending on this one's particular color might look great with white pants:

I like this one best:

Thoughts on the aforementioned as an outfit?
the first two look great!!

Did you think I was going to let this topic die? oh no friends! Anyway I think I found it! Well I'm going to see if Holt Renfrew has it....and try it on. Anyway I absolutely adore this dress and love that it reminds me of the Prada dress that I adored this season:

well i'm a big black wearer (I prefer to add colorful accessories). The only full skirted dress I found that I liked was this Tracy & Michael slip dress with petticoat. However i'm not crazy about the fabric.

I'm thinking I might email net-a-porter and ask about the chest thing. I really do love that Narciso but I want to find a dress I'll look good in and that has longevity.

eta: I would most definately rip that corsage off and add one of my own that I liked better.
Wow. You read my mind. As soon as I read the post that dress from Neiman's popped into my mind.

Wich one do you like most of these?

Badgley Mischka. Fall 2003.

This one, 100%, without a doubt. It reminds me of my own wedding dress, which is of no particular name, bought and worn in June of 1998.

I'm the one in the long peachy dress with the hippie-chick hair. The blonde kid is my brother-in-law, who reminds me of Acid for looks, especially now that he is older and his face has gotten more angular. The dark-haired dude is obviously my sweetie, and the cute girl with the shawl is my sister.

If I ever do get married, I picture myself in a simple setting--like my parents' backyard--wearing a simple but beautiful couture dress...it needn't be a "wedding gown" per se...something like this Valentino:

Or even this Oscar de la Renta RTW:
Me too. I'd probably just order a simple bridesmaid's gown in white if I even decide to wear white.

I think my ultimate wedding dress colour would be gold or champagne.

Wedding attire thread
Skirts and dresses are out for me so i'm looking for a nice, stylish outfit that's not too "office-like" and boring. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

As much as I 'd liek to wear skirts or dresses, I can't. I've got scars and marks all over my legs from a previous skin condition so pants for me only

How about this one? it's full length so you shouldn't have a problem with it

Michael Kors

I agree with Chanel_girl you could wear a long dress then your scars wont be shown...
