i currently own five pair of acne jeans, but have had like over 10 i think, i bought these jeans because i didnt knew any other brands except from like evisu/lee/diesel/nudie and other brands which were selling at the store, so i bought much acnejeans under one short period because i didnt have more information about other labels, and acne seemed cool then

the jeans i own is max cash, hex cash, max lost&found, mod miner and max dry clean, i had raw jeans but the denim is so sucky so i throw them away after some months. you shouldnt buy acne raw jeans when you can get much better denim for the same price (apc/julian red/nudie).

as for the washes, look at julian red, even if this is a highly subjective the julian red washes is much better then acnes, for exampel ride the lightening and detroit black blue..

yah i maybe wrote wrong, with played out i mean when people open their eyes and get more information about other "underground" jeans they will know that acne isnt the only one, and as people say, everyone wears acne nowdays and it have become status to have it, and much peoply buy it for that reason. but yeah they have no stiching or what so ever so they that slowers the effect.

and about the logo think, they have sweaters, jackets and bluses where they have their loggo printed. back in the days when they had the flameloggo they never used it except from the leatherpiece on the jeans, but know they sometimes print "acne jeans" on their clothes.

btw i bought the nation jacket for a while ago but i sold it away because i didnt like the fit, nice jacket though.

I'm very well acquainted with APC, Julian Red & Nudie Jeans..

I wore APC jeans a couple of years ago, the quality is great, but the fit just isn't my cup of tea.. same goes for Julian Red. On the other hand, I've never worn Nudie, because the backpocket design just looks awful.

Yeah I remember the flame logo, but they don't seem to have it anymore?

The Nation jacket is nice.. the fit is awesome, I have it as well.

yeah i bet you are but none of my friends know julian reds or apc

i bought apc narrow jeans femme(cure) for some months ago, i love the fit, more tight then my max even its ****nig risky to order their jeans, their sizes is just stupid.

yeah indeed, the nudie stiching isnt some thing who motives your buy, but you can easily remove it.

nope i dont know why they changed, now its just the text, but the logo looks almost exactly like the dior hommes have on their underwear

the nation jacket was to big for me even though it was there smallest, it was nice over the shoulders but it werent tight as i want it, i sold it over the retail price though. and bought this jacket from velour, the fit is awesome, AWESOME.

^NO LOGOS!!!!!!

Sorry Realitybites, but some of us don't want a bunch of stitching / embroidery / flames, etc. on our clothing. For the customer that does, there are endless brands, underground and otherwise, that provide that for you.

I totally agree about APC, the fit of their jeans, for my body type, does not work. I love the simplicity and fit of Acne.

I really don't think realitysucks means that you should buy clothes with visible logos! Read his post again...

Anyhow, no one seems to have discussed the aw06 collection. It's on the website:

http://62.181.215.102/media/aw06_lookbook_media.html
http://62.181.215.102/media/aw06_loo...son_media.html

Some of it is ok but as overall I think so-so
Also some of the boots feels very much like DH 6.5 heels..

You are definitely right in that Acne somewhat copied the heels from Dior Homme. I have got theirs from this S/S 2006, the Richenbacker in black suede. I already gave Dior#s a try back when they were released but have to admit that the overall shape is a bit too elegant for my liking, I prefer mine to be a bit more chunky-looking. Acne's toe is a bit rounder and thanks to the suede leather, has a much more casual feel. I am definitely digging those in cognac leather though, and will definitely get myself a pair as I already wear my first pair almost on a daily basis.

nah i dont like loggos, read my post again, and again.

i think the new collection is boring overall, as usual, but i like the mix jeans tough, like max but high-waisted, you gotta try them, they were new for ss06 i think, just came into stores.

Sounds great you like them! For my own, i'm not into wearing those boots with high heels. At least for the moment, , but they're nice, both Acnes and of course Diors.
