ive seen a few of their jeans here in sydney....
they've created some buzz because of this recent 'skinny leg' trend....

personally, ive seen much better...
they're very very long and quite high waisted....
you'd have to have a very particular body shape to make these work, i think....

but some people seem to love them....
jeans are like that...
no one pair will ever work the same on two different people...

they are well known for their 'it' status as skinny jeans but I do think the range has a lot more to offer than their jeans and some of the pics you posted here prove it. I know their clothing range sells here in London but I can't remember where. Possibly Selfridges?!

Personally, I am not so much into their jeans for men, they are very low waisted and I donīt feel comforable wearing them, but I tried their womenīs skinny jean (hex) and I must say, these are really good for my bodytype... The legs fit a bit snugger than Dior Homme jeans and the waistline is a bit higher so I can still wear them a bit lower without looking as if theyīd just drop down my hips in an instant... I also just had a look on their footwear for S/S 2006 and must say there were some really good boots... very chunky, in between a riding and western boot done in natural suede - the length up to the knees. I think Iīm in love also with their menīs shoes

I love them I bought a pair of their jeans a couple of months back, and they are now the favourite pair in my closet

agreed meg - I quite like some of the other pieces. I guess time will tell whether acne have the ability to be any more than a flash in the pan trend (which will no doubt move on to something else once we all realise that skinny jeans suit 0.001% of the population or when kate moss stops wearing them).

I saw them in Stockholm and I don't understand what the big deal is (meaning why they demand a premium price). Same goes for Nudie - another Swedish brand.

Well apparently Nudie is quality selvedge denim and they wear and age quite nicely if you go for extended periods (8 months+) between washes, at least that's what i gather from reading the denim experts' comments over at Superfuture...i took a look at their stuff, the raw denim is too stiff/hard for my liking and i can't stand the back pocket logo, their washed models aren't mindblowing either.

I saw some Acne stuff at I.T., some of it looked nice but it's a bit overpriced. Perhaps the prices at NYC are more reasonable. I've also remembered reading comments here about how Acne's mens jeans stretch like crazy and don't hold up well, so i've been very skeptical about picking up a pair.
