New silhouettes, she didn't rely so heavily on the cinched waist, finally! That's the only good thing I can say about this though...

this is a mess. it's absolutely terrible. and while it may look like 'something different', it's actually the same old shapes / silhouettes with different color schemes / prints and fabrics.
tragic. probably one of the worst collections of the season (not close to disasters like rodarte but still...)

It really looks like Tisci could've done this for Givenchy.. the harnesses are a bit contrived (but at least they aren't the standard black leather I guess.) and the opening look couldn't be any more unflattering.

There are some looks that look interesting, but where is the drama of McQueen..

I like it, but it lacks that McQueen risk taking force! Always so daring in his presentations.

Anyway ... this collection is really good with great 'it' accessories, with different & very special clothing items.

Could they please hire a real artist at McQueen? Someone who could compare to the brand's genius founder? (Oh yes, I am suggesting Galliano.)
Sarah is very talented, but she's at her best when designing the simpler, wearable pieces that don't make it to the runway. This collection seems weird for the sake of weird, and not in a good way.

No, not really into it, I can only applaud some new silhouettes, just like HeatherAnne said.

I understand Sarah is in no way in the same league as Lee, she's much more technical yet commercial whereas Lee was a story-teller as well as being able to cut cloth like a god but what I feel the brand is lacking is imagination, a story, a myth, something that has enormous depth because that is what the brand is all about and I feel that is what is lacking from everything she's done, casing point right here.

It is just leaves a bad taste in my mouth when I look at the collection, It's unfortunate that Burton is not moving the brand forward in the right direction, the magic, drama and eccentricity of McQueen is clearly not here.

Something with the staging or the lighting... but it really doesn't look attractive to me.
