Am I the only one who thinks that the collection seems a bit too "young" for a couture show?

I mean ... who are the buyers of AVH couture?

It just puzzles me ... this isnt bad nor superb either ... it just seems somewhat "trendy" imho ...

^exactly. And it's most certainly not something one would associate AVH with but it appears to be as such.

One of the attributes I always found idiosyncratic about AV is her sense of heaviness mixed with a certain romantic flounce...but the latter is too much here.

Well in terms of 'young' I agree, but what is her price points? If it's not too bad, maybe it doesn't matter if it's 'young' ?

I love it! It's cute, simple, cool and also creative. This shows that couture is not just about the big theatrics but essentially still about the shows. It owuld have been so much better if it's less sheer.

I'm always a huge fan of AVH...but I don't know this time. A lot of this stuff looks kind of trendy and frilly.

i really adore those short, short, shorts and micro minis - it's that time of the year... the standout piece has got to be those overalls.

It's cute yeah, but looks almost the same as her last couture collection.

Some of the peices look nice, but they don't look couture. They look like you'd make a million of them. Ready to wear is what it screams to me.
